Congratulations to the London Team..
This year’s event continued the theme of development by sticking with last year’s format of a skills challenge before each game, to allow players to showcase their skills. Also continued from the previous year, no scores will be shown and points will be given for winning quarters (3 for win, 1 for loss) to encourage players to perform to their best. Integrated within the tournament are regular assessments of coaches & referee to also enhance their development, Please see below for London results and representative team:

Sunday Games
The East Midlands, South East, London and Yorkshire teams all progressed from the group stages on Saturday into the semi finals. The match ups were as follows:
1] East Midlands v London 2] South East v Yorkshire
All 4 teams were fighting for a place in the final. Both games were tightly contested but South East and London were both successful in their endeavours and progressed into the final.
Injury to London Captain ‘Summer’ turned out to be a broken leg at the knee joint. She will have her entire leg in a cast for 6-8 weeks. We wish her a speedy recovery and every success for the future.
The atmosphere was building in the final between South East and London but as the two continued to battle it out, South East managed to cross the line victorious. The girls will join the boys as both teams from the region have won their respective titles at this year’s Under 13 Tournaments.
